Easter Bonnet
This festive flower arrangement is a wonderful mix of Spring colors and festive Easter themes. It makes a great wall hanging, decoration, centerpiece, or even fun play wear for children. Try using a variety of your favorite Spring colored flowers for a cheerful decoration that matches your décor.
18 inch straw hat 6 large silk roses 3 bunches silk hydrangeas 6 stems silk lilacs Scissors Glue 18 2-inch pastel speckled eggs 24 1-inch pastel speckled eggs 18 1-inch pastel eggs
Place the hat and other materials on a large work surface. Loosely arrange the flowers on the hat to get a good idea of how you want your design to work, evenly spacing the roses and arranging the smaller flowers evenly around the roses. Trim the stems if necessary. Once you are satisfied with the arrangement, remove the flowers to your work surface, making sure to keep them in the correct order. Starting with one section, glue the center rose onto the hat, and then glue the remaining flowers around it. Repeat until all of the flowers have been glued onto the hat. Once the glue has dried for the flowers, arrange the eggs evenly on the hat until you have used them all. Carefully glue the eggs onto the hat and let dry thoroughly before hanging or using.
