Easter Egg Rolls
These festive rolls shaped like decorated Easter eggs are fun to make and tasty to eat. They are also surprisingly quick and easy. Any combination of ingredients can be used to make these rolls, including chopped fruit, other vegetables, leftover cooked meat, or fresh herbs.
1 11-ounce can refrigerated dinner rolls 1/4 cup chopped ham 1/4 cup shredded cheese 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper 1/4 cup diced yellow bell pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Remove the rolls from the container and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Carefully pat into egg shapes. Using the ham, cheese, and bell peppers, decorate the egg as desired, gently pressing the chopped bits into the dough to form a pattern. Once the rolls are decorated, bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or at room temperature.
