Patriotic Roses and Ribbons Napkin Rings These napkin rings are inexpensive and easy to make. They are easy enough and safe enough for children to make and are great rainy day projects. Their bright colors and attractive design make them perfect for your Fourth of July get together or any other summertime party.
8 inches 5/8 inch wide red ribbon
Glue
1 medium white ribbon rose
2 small blue ribbon roses
Pinking shears
Take the two ends of the ribbon and place one on top of the other, forming the curved shape shown in the photo. The ribbons should cross about one inch from the ends of the ribbons. Attach the ribbons to each other with a dot of glue. Using the glue, attach the white rose at the bottom of the area where the ribbons overlap and the two blue roses right above the white rose. Using the pinking shears, cut the ends of the ribbon on the diagonal below the white rose so that they are even in length. Let the glue dry thoroughly before using.
